Customer Advisor Part Time (NO)

Are you service-minded, ready to learn, and excited about working with sales and customer support? Then this might be the student job you’ve been looking for!

Whiteaway Group started with a simple idea, a commitment to our customers, and with a passion for digital innovation. Today, we’re a successful retailer, selling and delivering household appliances across Scandinavia. We’re change-makers at heart – it’s the very core of everything we do.

As a Customer Advisor Part Time, you will be part of an inclusive and young team from our office in Aarhus consisting of 15 part-time colleagues — 3 of them handling our Norwegian customers. We belong to the Customer Success Agency (CSA) department, where our most important task is to advise our customers on the purchase of white goods with a common goal of always creating the best customer experience. We're located on Dusager 12, 8200 Aarhus N.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Advising customers through calls, chat and emails on our Norwegian market
  • Handling customers who contact us regarding purchases and customer service tasks
  • Handling our Trustpilot
  • Working 1-2 shifts per week divided over afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, which provides great flexibility in relation to your studies

What we’re looking for:

  • Have experience with customer contact from previous jobs
  • Understanding Norwegian or the courage to learn it
  • Have at least one year left of your studies
  • Have the courage to throw yourself into sales - sales experience is not a requirement but a plus
  • Understand how to practice good customer service and tackle problems with a positive mind
  • Are motivated to work with people

We like to think we have quite an amazing workplace, including:

  • A dynamic and international environment with room for you to be you,
  • Lots of opportunities for your own professional development and for you to make an impact,
  • A flat, informal organization with a high degree of independence and short decision-making processes,
  • Attractive settings for the job, to mention some: flexible work hours, health care, lunch scheme, Friday breakfast, gym, and many great social events.

Inclusivity at Whiteaway Group
We're committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. If you require specific accommodations during the hiring process or within our workplace, please let us know so we can ensure your application process is as accessible as possible.

Whiteaway Group is an ambitious, successful and fast-growing e-commerce and retail company. We sell white goods and premium home products to customers throughout the Nordics via several online shops and the Skousen franchise.

The idea for Whiteaway Group arose in the backroom of a Danish kitchen store. The foundation was innovation, business acumen and excellent customer experience. And it still is. Many years later we are the leading supplier in Scandinavia in our field and we are almost 300 dedicated employees working from offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
