Franchise Coordinator

Are you an organisational powerhouse with a knack for communication and a passion for creating structure? Join our passionate team and play a key role in shaping the success of our franchise network!

Whiteaway Group started with a simple idea, a commitment to our customers, and with a passion for digital innovation. Today, we’re a successful retailer, selling and delivering household appliances across Scandinavia. We’re change-makers at heart – it’s the very core of everything we do.

We’re on the lookout for a Franchise Coordinator to act as the vital link between our Head of Franchise, Franchise Consultants, and franchisees. If you’re ready to take on a role at the heart of our franchise operations where your skills and ideas matter, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate communication efforts on the Skousen App with Group Communication, ensuring franchisees are informed and supported,
  • Organise key documentation, ensuring contracts and agreements are signed, stored, and accessible for the right stakeholders,
  • Be the go-to expert for tools like Podio and a new franchise management system, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams,
  • Drive franchise performance by overseeing surveys, NPS results, and service standards, turning insights into action,
  • Take charge of exciting projects that support franchise growth and success.

What we’re looking for:

  • A well-organised problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks without missing a beat,
  • Clear and confident in communication, whether drafting a document or running a meeting,
  • Someone with experience in franchise operations - or who's ready to learn the ropes quickly,
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint and project tools, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly,
  • Open to new ideas and smarter ways of working, with a proactive approach to challenges,
  • Adaptable and focused, even when the pace picks up or priorities shift.

We like to think we have quite an amazing workplace, including:

  • A dynamic and international environment with room for you to be you,
  • Lots of opportunities for your own professional development and for you to make an impact,
  • A flat, informal organisation with a high degree of independence and short decision-making processes,
  • Attractive settings for the job, to mention some: flexible work hours, health care, lunch scheme, Friday breakfast, gym, and great social events.

Whiteaway Group is an ambitious and successful E-commerce and retail business in rapid growth. Through a number of online shops and the franchise chains Skousen and Tretti we sell white goods and premium products for the home – to customers in all of Scandinavia. The idea for Whiteaway Group arose in the backroom of a Danish kitchen store. The foundation was innovation, business acumen and excellent customer experience. And it still is. Many years later we are the leading supplier in Scandinavia in our field and we are almost 300 dedicated employees working from offices in Aarhus and Stockholm.
