Service and Facility Coordinator

Are you proactive, reliable, and well-organised with a knack for handling multiple tasks at once? Then maybe you are our new Service and Facility Coordinator at Whiteaway Group.

Whiteaway Group started with a simple idea, a commitment to our customers, and with a passion for digital innovation. Today, we’re a successful retailer, selling and delivering household appliances across Scandinavia. We’re change-makers at heart – it’s the very core of everything we do.

As our new Service and Facility Coordinator, you’ll join the Service and Facility department with six dedicated and passionate colleagues, who handle tasks related to catering, office maintenance, and cleaning. Here, you will be overall responsible for coordinating tasks and activities and ensuring a clean and presentable office, where our employees thrive.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Be responsible for coordinating Service and Facility activities, including kitchen and catering, hereby ensuring a clean, presentable, and well-functioning office,
  • Coordinate daily tasks for kitchen-, cleaning-, and other Service and Facility co-workers,
  • Coordination with office suppliers and other external stakeholders in relation to Service and Facility,
  • Organise and follow-through on internal events and projects,
  • Be the primary point-of-contact on service and facility matters internally and externally.

What we’re looking for:

  • A well-organised problem-solver, who can manage multiple tasks with a proactive approach,
  • Experience with coordinating tasks and/or activities for others in a trustful and reliable manner,
  • Open-minded, efficient and find it natural to take responsibility and act when needed,
  • Basic English skills is a must, since our company uses English as our main language,
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (including internships or student jobs) is a plus but not required.

We like to think we have quite an amazing workplace, including:

  • A dynamic and international environment with room for you to be you,
  • Lots of opportunities for your own professional development and for you to make an impact,
  • A flat, informal organisation with a high degree of independence and short decision-making processes,
  • Attractive settings for the job, to mention some: flexible work hours, health care, lunch scheme, Friday breakfast, gym, and great social events.

Whiteaway Group is an ambitious and successful E-commerce and retail business in rapid growth. Through a number of online shops and the franchise chains Skousen and Tretti we sell white goods and premium products for the home – to customers in all of Scandinavia. The idea for Whiteaway Group arose in the backroom of a Danish kitchen store. The foundation was innovation, business acumen and excellent customer experience. And it still is. Many years later we are the leading supplier in Scandinavia in our field and we are almost 300 dedicated employees working from offices in Aarhus and Stockholm.
