Finance Business Partner

You will join our Business Finance unit, which is responsible for driving performance management, business partnering, controlling, and reporting. In this role, you will take the lead in supporting our commercial finance operations with analysis, strategic and tactical recommendations, FP&A, controlling and reporting. As we play a supportive role to many areas of our business, building relationships across the organisation is critical to our success. You will be a key player in relation to stakeholder management and collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The primary tasks are:
- Collaborate with our commercial and sales leadership teams and provide financial analysis and optimisation advice that will drive tangible results.
- Be responsible for setting and analysing relevant KPIs, including margins, costs, market, and supplier performance.
- Drive financial processes such as forecasting and budgeting. Your expert insights will provide transparency into performance, ensuring the correct month- and year-end close.
- Provide financial support and recommendations on supplier negotiations.
Your profile
- A master's degree in finance or a related field
- Solid experience in commercial finance and controlling, preferably within retail.
- Strong analytical skills and a sound business understanding
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
