Finance Business Partner
We are searching for a driven and experienced finance professional who is looking to make a meaningful impact. Do you have experience in finance business partnering and/or cost controlling? If so, you may just be the one we are looking for.
Our journey at Whiteaway Group began with a simple idea, a commitment to our customers, and a passion for digital innovation. Today, we stand as a successful retailer, selling and delivering household appliances across all of Scandinavia. We’re change-makers at heart – it’s the core of everything we do.
You will join our Business Finance unit, which is responsible for driving performance management, business partnering, controlling, and reporting. As we play a supportive role to many areas of our business, building relationships across the organisation is critical to our success. In this role, you will take the lead in supporting our logistics area with analysis, strategic and tactical recommendations, FP&A, controlling, and reporting. You will be a key player in relation to stakeholder management and collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The primary tasks are:
- Collaborate with our logistics teams to provide financial analysis, insights and suggestions for optimisation – with the purpose of delivering tangible results and savings
- Be responsible for setting and analysing relevant KPIs
- Drive financial processes such as forecasting and budgeting. Your expert insights will provide transparency into performance, ensuring the correct month- and year-end close
- Provide financial support, business cases and recommendations
- Be open to taking on other cost controlling responsibilities
Your profile:
- A master's degree in finance or a related field
- Solid experience in finance and controlling
- Experience within logistics is a plus, but not a prerequisite
- Strong analytical skills and a sound business understanding
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
We like to think we have quite an amazing workplace, including:
- A dynamic and international environment with room for you to be you
- An informal environment with short decision-making processes
- Attractive opportunities and professional development for you to shape your own job
- A culture of trust for you to plan your own day and balance your whole life
- Attractive settings for the job: flexibility in how and when you work, healthcare, lunch scheme, gym, and great social events – just to mention some
